Additionally to the Sub-Hire assignment dialog the bill of Items displays now the quantity sub hired and the assigned Sub-Hires to an item.

Jobs with the Status Sub-Hire can now the switch Check-In/Check-Out used.

The switches Check-In and Check-Out are in Sub-Hire reversed ordered.
