easyjob 4.0 Webshop

singlelogo_3 With easyjob 4.0 Webshop, you can offer your Rental Items on the Internet.

The easyjob Webshop makes rental inventory available for selection via the Internet.

The Webshop integrated in easyjob was implemented on the basis of Microsoft Silverlight Technology.

Web-based inquiries are sent to the designated rental manager via e-mail. With a few mouse-clicks, easyjob determines the availability of the desired items and generates a proposal that can be sent back to the customer.

This accelerates the rental process in that the customer is the one who builds the order.

 

In the first version, the Webshop module does not require personal login information.

 

 

easyjob 4.0 Manufacturing Controller

logo_3 It is possible to create Manufacturing Orders with the Manufacturing Controller tool.

The Manufacturing Order consists of Items, Resources and a Cost Planner.

Items that are not available in Stock can be directly transferred into a Purchase Order.

The completed item can be transferred to the rental or sales stock. It is also possible to attach as many of these completion orders as needed to the easyjob Project.

The project cost planner will then display the income and expenses associated with each completion order.

 

easyjob 4.0 Live Project Folder

liveprojectfolder_thumb Various Web parts display Information such as project data, Items, Staff and Documents on the individual project pages. User rights can be implemented for the individual projects.

A Log View shows the user's access to the individual documents.

The customer logs into the system and can view all the information approved for him. Furthermore, Employees and Freelancers can also gain access with the Live Project Folder.

The initial version of the Live Project Folder is designed as read-only. In later versions, it will be possible to edit easyjob information via the integrated Web parts.

 

easyjob 4.0 QA (Quality Assurance)

logo_thumb_1 The Quality Assurance option supports the safeguarding of the company's quality standards.

Resource Planning will be expanded with the Qualification Function. As many Qualifications as needed (e.g. forklift driver's license, instructions, etc.) are created in the Master Data.

The duration of the validity of the individual qualifications can be managed. The individual qualifications are assigned to the individual Employees and Freelancers. It is also possible to assign the qualifications by Item.

In this way, for example, the Item "Grand MA" and the "Light Technician" can be assigned the qualification of "Grand MA". A further example is, e.g., the assignment of instructions for lifts.

When assigning Staff for a Project, this ensures that staff with the required qualifications is booked for the equipment to be used.

The individual Suppliers (Sub-hires and Staff) can be rated in the Project. In addition, the Customer can rate the Service via a Website.

 

The individual ratings are used in the Business Information Center to create Quality sheets.
