telephonee After 8 years, our new interactive telephone portal will replace the outdated telephone system.

 

With the interactive menu, sales and support questions will be directly targeted to the right contact person. If sales cannot be reached, a message can be left on voice mail.

 

Gold support requests will be automatically assigned the support plan number using caller ID technology. If the system is not able to assign the number on the basis of the telephone number, enter the number manually. You can find your support plan number on your confirmation as well as in the helpdesk ticket system. Holders of Premium Support Plans are also able to use the telephone portal outside of official office hours. Silver support requests will be accepted exclusively via our helpdesk ticket system.

 

For the technically interested:

 

The new telephone portal was built on the Microsoft Office Communication Server Speech Server. Necessary information, such as support plans or similar items are made available in real time from our Microsoft Dynamic CRM 4.0 System.

 

As we still use a classic telephone system, the system is interfaced via 8 S0 Ports and via an SIP Media Gateways from Dialogic and Ferrari.
