The Sub-Hire Optimizer can now started from the Bill of Items.
The sub hired items can now automatically assigned to the overbooked rental items.
Additionally to the Sub-Hire assignment dialog the bill of Items displays now the quantity sub hired and the assigned Sub-Hires to an item.
